Key challenge is on one hand to have a state-of-the-art environment to support the newest product development and on the other hand safeguard the stability and reliability and long term support for the growing installed customer product base.

You will be a technical expert in a DevOps team, completing designs, implement changes and thoroughly test deliverables. This is done in close co-operation with the infrastructure, application support teams, internal customers and Software Architects. The software used is being developed in Python and Ruby and range from command line tools to custom web applications.

SKILLSET

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, IT or similar. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in complex technical development environments. Thorough understanding and practical experience (of at least three) of the key technologies used:

• Python + Flask
• Ruby + Rails
• Oracle 18
• Redis
• React
• Puppet

You can setup and perform functional and system tests.

This is a world leader in the semiconductor industry. The team is responsible for the software development environment. This environment consists of an integrated development, build, test and release environment and must be capable to support the lifecycle and configuration management of the product software. The environment is developed and maintained in close cooperation with a software development community. 

This is a temporary position for a minimum period of 1 year.
